I am currently a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University. I have recently received my Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics, my advisor being Dr. Serafim Batzoglou, Associate Professor of Computer Science. I am currently in the lab of Garry P. Nolan, Rachford and Carlota A. Harris Professor in the Baxter Lab in Stem Cell Biology, part of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. My research focuses on using algorithmic and machine learning approaches for de novo reconstruction of cell cycle from flow cytometry data, as well as its applications to cancer drug screening and classification.
